     Sarah Jean R. Bagarino, a Grade 6 teacher and Teacher II, is known for her unwavering commitment to education. As the adviser of the school paper and a skilled coach in news writing, she has successfully trained students who have won division contests and participated in regional competitions. Young and enthusiastic, Bagarino’s teaching style is both strict and straightforward, guided by a deep sense of moral obligation. Her ability to inspire her students to achieve their best, whether in writing or academics, has earned her respect from colleagues and students alike.

    Rose Ann M. Gonowon, Teacher I and a beloved Kindergarten teacher, is known for her kind and motherly approach to her young learners. Always smiling, Gonowon creates a nurturing environment where her students feel safe and supported. Her passion for storytelling shines through in her classroom, making her an exceptional educator who effortlessly captures the attention and imagination of her students. Her gentle yet effective teaching style leaves a lasting impression on her Kindergarten class, helping shape young minds with love and care.

     Together, Bagarino and Gonowon represent the diverse and talented educators of Graceville Elementary School, each bringing their unique strengths to the forefront in shaping the future of their students.

Sarah Jean R. Bagarino, Teacher II and a Grade 6 teacher, secured the 1st place in the Grade 6 Storybook Competition for her captivating story, "Si Aya Ampalaya." The tale follows Aya, a fictional bitter gourd character, who wonders why ampalaya is excluded from the famous folk song "Bahay Kubo." As Aya embarks on a journey, she interacts with various vegetables, searching for her value and worth, ultimately discovering her unique place in the world. Bagarino’s creativity and thoughtful storytelling captured the hearts of the judges and earned her the top spot.

In the Recorded Storytelling category, Rose Ann M. Gonowon, Teacher I and a Kindergarten teacher, ranked 3rd for her expressive and engaging storytelling. Gonowon’s skill in bringing stories to life for young learners was recognized in this highly competitive category, adding to the school's pride and success.
